Welcome

Scottish Country Dancing is an easy way for people of all ages to keep active and socialize at the same time.

It is enjoyed all over the world at club socials, balls, and for advanced dancers, in demonstration teams.

You don't need a partner, all you need to begin are treadless soft-soled shoes and comfortable clothing.

In the meantime these videos  will give you a good idea of what to expect: fun, fitness and friendship.
